Office warranty
The 10ft Refurbished Office Container includes a 5-year limited warranty.
This warranty covers structural integrity, protection against corrosion, and maintenance of wind and watertight conditions under normal operating use.
Coverage Includes

- Weather resistance (wind and watertight seals)
- Weld integrity on the main container structure
- Electrical, lighting, HVAC, and interior components (1-year coverage)
Warranty Exclusions
Normal cosmetic wear and tear, such as surface rust, scratches, dents, and paint fading, are not covered.
Damage caused by misuse, improper lifting, modification, accidents, or environmental extremes is excluded from warranty coverage.
